1. Tap the Main Menu button Once the Scanner has launched, tap the Main Menu button.
2. Go to Settings Tap the Settings button at the top-right corner of the Main Menu
3. Open the Help Center Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and tap Go to open the Help Center.
4. Find an FAQ or Contact Support From this screen, you can read the library of FAQs and contact support by tapping the button at the top-right.
