Join our diversity and inclusion events
As Niantics, we saw a need to increase the pipeline of women and underrepresented groups in software engineering, so we eagerly developed a program to address the issue. The Voyager Program is supported in partnership between our Engineering and People teams to provide opportunities in Software Engineering to talented individuals from non-traditional backgrounds.
We’re thrilled to announce the next iteration of Niantic’s Voyager Program for 2024! Niantic will be offering a scholarship + living stipend to 14 talented individuals in the San Francisco or Seattle area, in order to attend a 12 week full-time coding bootcamp that starts in July!
In September, we’ll open up applications for a separate, paid, in-person apprenticeship program.* Apprentices will immerse themselves in our dynamic work environment for 6 months and gain invaluable industry experience. We’re looking for applicants with a deep commitment to learning, a curiosity to explore new frontiers, and the resilience and determination to achieve their goals!
