We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Safety Center, a hub where you can find information and resources on building a safer Niantic experience.

At Niantic, our mission is to draw people outdoors, inspire exploration, encourage exercise, and create connection. Creating a safe experience is essential to achieve this, and we are constantly working to enable our players to explore in a fun and safe environment.

We want to empower people with the information and tools they deserve to have the best experience across our games and products.

• Our Safety Center helps you find the safety features and tools that enable you to control your experience, manage your privacy, and keep your account safe.

• Explore our Player Guidelines, which focus on promoting safety and reducing harm, and learn about the actions we take when we become aware of policy violations.

• The safety of our users, especially those under 18, is of utmost importance to us and our Teen and Child Safety Hub includes resources for teens, parents, and educators. Our updated Parent Guide helps parents have the resources to guide their kids and teens: check out online safety conversation starters, tips to stay safe while on the move, and information on how to create and use a Niantic Kids account.

• Our Safety Center also features online safety and mental health resources from experts.

Safety across Niantic games and apps is constantly evolving, and we will always be iterating and improving. We will continue to work alongside our players and partners to tackle complex issues and further our expertise through partnerships with trusted organizations.
