Parent Guide Parents can learn how to help their child or teen navigate Niantic games and apps with our Parent Guide, which includes information about safety tools and features, and tips for supporting your child or teen to have a safe and positive gaming experience.
Niantic Parent Portal

In partnership with Kids Web Services, we created the Parent Portal, where parents of Niantic Kids account users can learn more about managing their child’s experiences across our games.
Safety Tools We invest in tools and resources to help you feel safe and supported when using our games and apps. Learn more about controlling your experience using features such as blocking and muting accounts, removing friends, and settings to manage privacy protections.
Player Guidelines We want our games to be a safe place for exploration, exercise, and connection. Our Player Guidelines set out our policies for what we do and don’t allow on Niantic games and apps in order to achieve a safe and enjoyable player experience.
